That was me, too. I spent a decade battling depression and suicidal ideation, driven by a harsh inner critic and a need to prove I was worthy. My emotional pain stemmed from wounds of rejection and self-acceptance. It wasn’t until I surrendered my healing journey to God—and committed to therapy, spiritual growth, boundary setting, and building community—that I began to see real transformation.
