YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Group therapy offers a unique space where healing happens in community.
In these small, closed groups, you’ll gain insight, support, and tools to grow emotionally and spiritually—alongside others who truly get it.
Led by Ebony White, LCMHC, our group sessions are trauma-informed, emotionally safe, and grounded in compassion, education, and (where relevant) Scripture. Each group is designed to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

CURRENT GROUP OFFERINGS

What to Expect
Each group is closed, meaning the same participants meet each week for a consistent, supportive experience.
Groups are kept small (6–8 people max) to allow for depth, connection, and emotional safety.
Whether you're craving rest, deeper self-worth, or a better relationship with your body and emotions, you don't have to figure it out alone.
Interested but not sure which group is right for you or your child?

Is This the Right Place for You?
You may be a good fit for therapy at Hidden Well if:
You find yourself constantly over-functioning, overthinking, or over-accommodating.
You struggle with saying no, setting boundaries, or naming your needs.
You’re emotionally tired but don’t know how to stop performing.
You feel disconnected from your faith, your voice, or your worth.
You’ve experienced childhood or relationship trauma that still shapes how you see yourself today.
You carry a deep sadness that doesn’t seem to go away, even when things appear "fine" on the outside.
You’ve lost interest in things that once mattered and feel like you're simply surviving.
