In these small, closed groups, you’ll gain insight, support, and tools to grow emotionally and spiritually—alongside others who truly get it.
Led by Ebony White, LCMHC, our group sessions are trauma-informed, emotionally safe, and grounded in compassion, education, and (where relevant) Scripture. Each group is designed to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

1. Unlearning Over-functioning: Reclaiming Your Worth

Urban Chic

6-week virtual group | 90-minute sessions

For the individual who’s always holding it together, this group helps you let go of over-functioning, people-pleasing, and the need to perform for love and acceptance.


In this group, you’ll explore:
•People-pleasing as a survival strategy
•The roots of perfectionism and burnout
•How to set boundaries without guilt
•Your value beyond what you “do”
•Mind-body tools to regulate anxiety and stress

Each group is closed, meaning the same participants meet each week for a consistent, supportive experience.

 

Groups are kept small (6–8 people max) to allow for depth, connection, and emotional safety.
